These ready-to-eat uni trays are great for sushi and other raw preparations. Local uni is harvested in the fall and winter. During the warmer months of the year, we source from the southern hemisphere where the waters are cold.

Each tray is 60 grams of sea urchin.

All orders are final and should be picked up Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 12 PM at 314 Northern Avenue in Boston, Ma.
